We are looking for someone who can support us in being there for our customers, to represent us as a brand when they need support all things IKEA, whether this is around product knowledge or fixing an issue.
We are looking for people that are passionate problem-solvers and that are customer centric. You will be fanatical about delivering an excellent customer experience, be self-motivated and compassionate. Having an eye for detail, you will problem solve and find solutions for our customers. Using your communication skills, you will be able to offer product knowledge and advice. Through your previous experience, you will have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You are a team player and enjoy supporting your colleagues, but you can be independent and work on your own.

What does the working day look like?
During your time with IKEA you will develop the skills to engage our customers primarily taking phone calls, but also through our variety of other channels which may include email, webchat and via social media. Helping support our customers when things do go wrong as well as assembly and product advice.
With the opportunity to grow personally by getting involved with our social committee, mental health first aid, health and wellbeing, health and safety and the Co-worker Committee.

We are recruiting for full time positions which includes 39 hours per week, alternate weekends and shifts to be scheduled between 7am and 8:15pm.
