Our client is a niche training provider who is currently one of the UK's leading independent training provider. S Knights Recruitment is currently seeking for a Business Development Manager who can sell our clients training solutions to employers across the U.K as well as sourcing vacancies to fill them with apprentices to suit their business needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
* As the Business Development Manager you will be home-based selling your training solutions to organisations across the U.K. * You will be selling Apprenticeships to local employers by up-skilling their existing workforce or placing an apprentice. * The Business Development Manager will engage with employers through a range of methods e.g; cold-calls, B2B Events, networking events, face-face meetings, online marketing and other employer-related activities. * As the Business Development Manager you will need to first understand your employer and identify their strengths, weaknesses and needs in order to provide them with the best package that's suited for them. * As the Business Development Manager you will source vacancies from employers and then later fill them with the best-suited apprentice that will help their business. You will also sell the importance of up-skilling existing staff and how it will benefit both employee and employer.
S Knights Recruitment is looking to appoint a candidate who can consult and engage with employers and sell them the benefits of taking on an apprentice or up-skilling their existing workforce.
Experience and Skills:
* The candidate must have experience in either recruitment or sales. * Ideally the candidate has experience in selling training solutions to levy and non-levy-paying employers.
