As a Costa Coffee Team Leader you'll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a friendly manner, who can communicate confidently with the team and the guests. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be leading shifts when the manager or assistant manager are not on duty and taking overall responsibility for the store which will include cash management, opening and closing the store, monitoring and delivering all of our drinks to brand standards and follow all legal Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
Hospitality or retail background preferred
Must be flexible with working days / hours.
