Administration Assistant in the Normanton area:

Our National Accounts department are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ambitious Administration Assistant, based at our Head Office. Salary Negotiable depending on experience.

This role will involve:

  • Assisting with the preparation of Tender documents
  • Management of online portals and registrations
  • Preparing customer MI reports
  • Arranging rebate payments
  • Coordinating Agreement anniversaries, Pricing Windows and hosted catalogue maintenance
  • Organising and providing support at Exhibitions
  • Assisting with Contract roll out
  • General administrative duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have good computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Be well organised and able to effectively multi –task
  • Will have the enthusiasm to learn and develop their skills
