I am working in partnership with a secondary school based in Scarborough to supply Intervention Teachers (or Outreach Support Workers) on a flexible basis from ASAP.
The ideal Intervention Teacher or Outreach Support Worker will have experience in an educational environment, or working with young adults, whether as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, Intervention Teacher, Sports Coach, Classroom Teacher, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young people achieve outcomes and be committed to delivering a high quality service. You will be a highly organised individual, experienced in working in a semi-independent provision, assisting young adults aged 11-16 years old. You must also be comfortable “lone working”, and have a calm and resilient nature.
