*Please note this is an opportunity to work two days per week. It is ideally suited to a candidate who is a student or a recent graduate and would like to gain experience ahead of a career in marketing/ e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • E-mail marketing

    • Analysing and optimising campaigns

    • Creating and distributing regular emails

  • Influencer out-reach and management

    • Scouting for influencers

    • Sending out products

    • Managing the entire process and relationships

  • Weekly reports

    • Mini profit and loss statements (no accounting knowledge required)

    • Reporting on predetermined KPIs

  • Customer support

    • Maintaining the live chat feature on our website

    • Answering emails

    • Dealing with returns and refunds

  • Content creation

    • Researching trending topics within our market

    • Writing relevant and engaging blog posts

    • Basic photo editing

  • Social media management

    • Post scheduling

    • Managing profile visuals

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

About you:

  • You are a creative self-starter with a keen interest in e-commerce or marketing

  • A good verbal and written communicator

  • Computer literate with an eye for detail

  • Able to take charge of tasks and proactively find solutions

  • No experience is necessary

  • A commitment of 6 months is desirable
