Business Support has a number of exciting opportunities for experienced and skilled Personal Assistants/Secretaries to join our service supporting our Senior Management Team at Lincolnshire County Council.
Experience of working within a similar role with an ability to undertake diary management, organising meetings, undertaking project work and minute taking are essential. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office with an understanding of working confidentially and meeting deadlines.
Business Support drives for high standards in all we do so you will be self-motivated, have enthusiasm and excellent communication skills. You will have good organisation skills and knowledge of using Microsoft Office or similar packages.
