Senior UX Designer - Media/Publishing - £55,000 - £60,000 - Central London
Source have partnered up with a National Sports publishing organisation based in the heart of London, we are recruiting for a Senior UX Designer focusing on the B2B side of the business. Our client is in the process of revamping their B2B digital products which centre around digital display, and sports data within brick and mortar settings.
We are looking for someone who has experience working the full end to end process within the design process, and someone capable of managing stakeholders and being able to effectively explain solutions and take stakeholders on a journey whilst championing the user at every point.
As the Senior UX Designer your responsibilities will include:
*Working in UX design related functions whether it is in-house or agency on complex digital products and working alongside the UX research team.
*Working on highly complex, data rich digital products - Stock Trading, large editorial sites, large data platforms or complex e-commerce sites/apps
*Creating, managing and refining large information architectural systems for complex products
*Building UX Wireframes and prototypes for user testing
*Stakeholder management and explaining your findings
*Designing responsive web and apps on both iOS and Android
As the Senior UX Designer you would have:
*Experience working in UX design related functions weather it is in-house or agency on complex digital products and working alongside the UX research team.
*Knowledge and interest working in sport/publishing
*Must be professional in attitude, and be able to present design work in relation to business benefits for the clients
*Experience solving product problems using personas, referencing user journeys and empathy/experience maps
*Be a team player and be able to collaborate with the wider business
*A design portfolio highlighting case studies that showcase the full design process and not just screenshots of the product.
*Must have a solid base of UX methodology and experience rationalising user needs from research and testing data into designs and prototypes - they must be able to explain designs in relevant, user validated user terms.
