Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £19,000 per annum Plus a generous commission (OTE £24,000)
Our client is the specialist contract hire and vehicle leasing devision of a well known car sales company and have grown to be a hugely successful since its start in 1963.
As a Business Development Executive you will be making appointments for the field based Area Managers to generate new business sales and will be the first point of call in new customer interactions.
You will receive full new starter training and onboarding as well as ongoing training as you progress your career in this dynamic, forward thinking company.
About The Role:
- To provide qualified leads and book appointments for the field based Area Manager’s to generate new business
- To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities in the private sector
- To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues
- To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships
- To build effective relationships with potential clients by use of appropriate questioning and clarification
- To identify and qualify opportunities for introducing the companies products and services to generate new business
- To support the company charter by providing professional and effective services to all potential and existing customers, to exceed client expectations every time
- To liaise closely with the Area Manager’s to provide effective territory management of appointment diaries
- To provide accurate recording onto the database system
- Provide support and assistance as and when required by the Company Management Team
- To achieve a monthly personal target contributing to the overall Telemarketing team target
What We Need From You:
- We are looking for motivated, target driven Sales Executives who are ambitious to achieve
- Minimum of 6 months outbound business to business telemarketing experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills at all levels
- Self starter with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
- Be comfortable speaking to clients, and key decision makers
- Good time management
- IT Literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- £19,000 Per annum
- Excellent commission structure OTE £24,000
- Office working hours, Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30
