The main purpose of the role is to be a key point of contact for business critical customers with a view to delivering and managing their expectations. The successful candidate would act as the 'go to' in relation to all service related enquiries and ensuring that the customer receives a first class service on a consistent basis.
* Build, manage and maintain customer relationship to a high standard * Ensure jobs received have been logged and actioned accordingly by the service team * Manage the PPM Schedule and ensure all paperwork is received correctly and within expected timeframes * Create and manage customer asset database, ensuring access and location issues are clearly identified * Managing your workload in a time critical and efficient way in order to avoid an unnecessary build-up * Liaising with the customer, office, field, sub-contractors in order to ensure any problems are resolved and works are completed on time * Ensuring both the company and the customer systems are updated at all times in order to stay one step ahead and deliver better action times * Ensure the customer is provided with regular updates and reports on outstanding calls / breaches * Managing your workload in a time critical and efficient way * Attend client meetings as and when required * Reviewing/discussing customer spend
