Senior RGN Surgical Wards - Chertsey, Surrey - £26-36k

Dedicated and passionate Senior Nurse required to deliver outstanding patient care within a surgical ward setting, working for a leading private healthcare organisation.

The role:

  • Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care in line with policies and procedures

  • Mentoring / training junior members of staff

  • Promoting well-being and interests of all patients, families and colleagues.

  • Deputise for the Sister / Lead

If you are looking to progress into senior management, there is a clearly defined career path with this private hospital group, with excellent training and development support.

Your skills and experience:

  • RGN Adult

  • Significant experience in a ward setting

  • Ideally some supervisory experience

This is a full-time position for 37.5 hrs per week. Some flexibility with shifts will be required
