My prestigious client is looking for an experienced Receptionist.
As the face of the company , your role will involve running the Head Office reception desk, as well as ensuring that a high level of customer service is always delivered and maintained, regardless of who is in the Reception area.
You will meet and greet clients, visitors and contractors to our Head Office site. Answer and transfer various phone calls via the main switchboard; carry out administrative tasks and co-ordinate a number of activities from the Reception desk.
To provide a professional and helpful service to all visitors, customers and suppliers.
Assisting all staff to ensure adherence to company processes and procedures.
The Receptionist is a part of the HR Team, so additional administrative support on a day to day basis is required for this role.
Excellent IT skills - Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint, inc Internet and search engines
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Excellent manner when speaking with external and internal customers both on the phone and in person
Fixed Term Contract, Full time (40 hours)
