German speaking - Account Executive (Remote)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a handful of motivated, entrepreneurial and bilingual individuals! Our client is a leading IT makreting specialist offering to work Remote or Office based!


We have an immediate start Part-Time position available and a Full-Time position available. These are based on 3 and 6+ months contracts with very high potential for permanent!

Account Executive:

You will be working with well know, leading IT vendors; focusing on maintaining and developing our relationship with them.

You will not be selling them a product but rather guide them to our services. You will be conversing with existing clients/partners to the promote the services, benefits and loyalty schemes we provide to them. You will be demonstrating your product knowledge to them and provide them with useful advice.

What you’ll be doing:

· Supporting client’s business partners based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

· You will be communicating via email and phone, using German and English with the Stakeholders

· Supporting partners to enrich their experience; with our sales, marketing and loyalty services that we provide to them.

· Projecting a consultative approach towards partners, assisting them in their strategy to increase client product sales by providing guidance and advice

· Providing regular feedback and reports to the client on partner requirements in order to assist in the growth

· Supporting our partners with any queries and questions they may have


What we need:

· Fluency in German and English to business level

· Previous account management and/or Sales inbound/outbound and/or customer service experience is required.

· Due to the nature of the role you will need to be comfortable and confident in liaising with people at a senior level

· Strong communication and relationship building skills essential

· Eagerness to learn and further develop an existing skillset

· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

· Self-motivated and resilient

· A love of problem solving
