At Nuffield Health, a role like this is about much more than achieving commercial success. From managing of business administration, co-ordination and resolution of queries to ensuring data quality and compliance. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the patient experience is excellent at every step. This will include working with stakeholders to ensure that accurate data and documentation is collected in a timely way so that all chargeable activities can be invoiced correctly first time, that payments can be collected and that required documentation is retained.
Along the way, you'll work closely with everyone from consultants, medical secretaries, departmental managers, hospital teams and customers, to deliver an efficient and effective administrative service from start to finish.
An established business administrator, you're already operating at management level in a busy environment. You will have demonstrable experience in the business administration sector including financial experience, ideally within the health and wellbeing industry, hospitality or similar. The data quality management plans and compliance operating procedures you've shaped will have delivered real results, and you've introduced clear process that has driven improvement. Your ability to quickly understand situations, embrace and lead change is what defines you, together with your flair for managing people, support and training delivery, along with attention to detail. You are as confident collaborating and influencing business plans and customer strategies as you are developing and executing standard operating procedures.
In return, we offer a working environment that will help you grow your skills and experience and get the best out of life. Other benefits include 25 days' annual holiday (increasing with service), gym membership, private healthcare and a range of lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits.
Be your best and join us in building a healthier nation.
