The New Business Sales Manager is responsible for proactively identifying, winning and onboarding new Brokers to the Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF) business in an allocated area, in line with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strong pipeline of New Business Prospects
Ability to generate new Sales leads whether via phone or face to face or using social media
Set up meetings with potential prospects and ensure relevant planning takes place ahead of meeting
Prepare and deliver presentations on Close Brothers Premium Finance offering to new prospects
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create great customer outcomes
Support brokers throughout the onboarding process, seek feedback and take responsibility for satisfaction
Maintain and update contact lists, databases and files
Working collaboratively with the Regions Sales Managers and meet on a monthly basis to discuss pipeline and prospects and to attend joint meetings where required
Reporting weekly to Head of Sales on activity, progress against plan plus competitive market information and product/service feedback
Identify and attend appropriate industry events to raise profile, create new relationships and drive engagement
Develop market intelligence to inform on products, promotion and pricing decisions
