Actë Nation is a digital handbag brand which investigates the common bag-related problems modern women face and designs a range of products to solve them. We're currently looking for a dynamic self-starter for an exciting position that overlaps into PR, communication and marketing in the fashion industry.
What is it about? The goal of this position is to gain visibility and brand awareness for Actë Nation's products through strategic PR, brand and influencer outreach. In this position you:
• play an important part of a young, passionate and growing fashion accessories brand for modern women • are directly involved and responsible for growing visibility for our direct-to-customer brand through strategic PR outreach • conduct media outreach to get Actë Nation featured in world class media outlets (digital and print) • research, suggest and contact Europe's top digital and print magazines, female organizations as well as female-focused blogs to ensure press coverage and/or article/list inclusion of our products • research, suggest and coordinate influencer and brand outreach to form collaborations • update and maintain media lists Responsibilities and tasks outlined are not fully inclusive. What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, journalism, or related area. Optional but preferred, up to 2 years of experience in-house or at a public relations or social media agency working on consumer brands or fashion clients.
• excellent English and communication skills (other languages a plus) • excellent work-ethic and a passion for learning, developing and achieving results • you're friendly, motivated, pro-active and a pleasure to communicate with • knowledge of social media and interest in fashion, E-commerce, digital strategy and social media • ability to research, analyse and present material clearly and concisely • planning and organization skills with the ability to work independently on multiple duties simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail
