This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their wonderful services based in Fleetwood, Lancashire. This specialised service provides care for residents aged 65+ with a range of physical disabilities, as well as residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. The service boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and staff morale at the home is high.
Person Specification : We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD all considered). You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
