Bridgend is striving to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Therefore the recruitment and retention of local foster carers is essential.
The successful candidate will have lead responsibility for recruiting, training and working alongside marketing, to support the identified targets of foster carers as outlined within the development plan.
They will also co-ordinate a programme of training to all foster carers which supports career development and retention.
Applicants should note that a criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) will be necessary for the successful applicant.
