Our client, based in Birmingham
City Centre, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary
contract for three months. Our client is a reputable organisation in their
respective field and is proud to have a turnover of around £3 million.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this
The successful candidate will have at least two years’
experience working within Accounts Payable and be competent on Excel.
Duties will include
(but not limited to):
Processing approximately 100 invoices on a daily
basis with values of up to £900,000
Dealing with supplier reconciliations
Acting as a point of contact for queries via
Assisting with the weekly payment run
Matching PO with invoices and reviewing the GRN
Dealing with the backlog in a timely and
Intermediate level of excel
Minimum two years’ experience within the sector
