Hours as and when required to cover A/L Sickness and assist with future support contracts.
£10.15 per hour
You will be providing an enabling service to Adults that have a support need in their own homes.
The successful candidates will:
Enable clients to live as independently as possible within the local community Work with the clients on an agreed support plan to achieve the desired outcomes e.g. housework, healthy eating, making and attending appointments, avoiding social isolation Provide general advice and assistance with form filling in relation to claiming benefits Provide advice and practical support in accessing appropriate identified services
You should have experience of maintaining accurate records, effective verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of the need to maintain client dignity and confidentiality. Have good decision making skills. Experience of working in supported housing or a similar environment is desirable. You will also need good customer service skills, to be physically active and hold a full driving licence with the use of a reliable car.
