A new and exciting career development opportunity has arisen for passionate individual to join our Digital and media team. This new role involves providing technical support in workshops/ classrooms and maintaining safe learning environments. Coaching and learning through the delivery of classes, to practise and master skills and the development of students’ understanding through the delivery of broadly differentiated learning.
The successful candidate will have professional experience in a relevant sector (computing, gaming and media). Ideally the candidate will have experience delivering practical skills, delivering learning and experience of quality and self-assessment initiatives. In the digital area our students have to sit exams so somebody who could support and enhance our learner’s revision and study skills in their coaching sessions is ideal for this role. This role is a 0.6 role however if the candidate also has programming, computer science or networking and cyber security experience discussions can be had regarding making this a full time post.
You will also possess high quality written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and challenge in a supportive manner.
