HR Administrator required for a school bases in Barking and Dagenham - interviewing ASAP
eTeach are working with a 'Good' rated based in East London that are recruiting for the following to start ASAP
In your new role your main responsibility will be to support the HR function of the school. This will involve maintaining the Single Central Record and ensuring that safer recruitment procedures are delivered in the school. It will be your responsibility to carry out Barring List and DBS checks on all new staff and obtain references for shortlisted candidates in a timely fashion. It will also be your responsibility to record staff absences primarily using SIMS and Excel.
To be considered as a school administrator you must have:
Previous experience working in a HR & School environment is ESSENTIAL Good knowledge of SIMs Confident with resignation letters, maternity contracts and offer letters Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages Able to maintain accurate data on the HR database Be confident in inputting and amending data, approving changes of employees personal details
