We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our customer service team who will be responsible for onboarding new clients and assisting them with any questions they have during this process and once they have gone live. Candidates can expect this to be an incredibly diverse role dealing with a broad spectrum of client types and a multitude of enquiries ranging from simple to highly complex. You will need to have excellent customer services skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Converting prospects into active clients
Making a high volume of outgoing calls to prospects
Responding to Live chat and email enquiries in real time
Research and develop a solid understanding of the financial markets
Handing the complete onboarding process
Educating clients on the concept of margin trading, market news & MT4/5
Previous FX/CFD/Spread betting experience with MT4/5 is preferable
A basic understanding of trading or sports betting is essential
Proven track record in customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
First class telephone manner
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and prioritise client communication via multiple channels.
Degree preferred but not essential
Basic Dependant on experience + competitive bonus structure
Full training will be provided
