We’re recruiting for Customer Service Professionals to join our Redhill teams in a variety of roles, are you looking for a new challenge?

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so you might be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, working 35 hours per week over 5 days which will include, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. We also need people to fill 9-5pm/Part Time/Evening roles, so this is also an option!

We will of course provide you with the support and training throughout your career, with the intention of making you the best you can be to provide excellent service to our customer in a time of need.

Will you train me properly, to make sure I am up to the challenge?

ABSOLOUTELY. You will undergo 4-5 weeks of training during the hours of 9 to 5. Due to the comprehensive nature of our training, no previous experience is necessary, however, the basics of good customer service and an excellent telephone manner is a must! Please be aware that our training is mandatory, we will be unable to honour any holiday during this time.

You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, posess active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for naturally empathetic people with an understanding of how to support people through their time of need.
