The BMI Bishops Wood Hospital is a mid-sized and busy hospital that prides itself on the level of superb quality patient care it provides. The Hospital has 42 beds, three theatres including a Minor Procedures Room, and offers Physiotherapy Services, Diagnostic Imaging and Consulting Rooms for procedures ranging from routine investigations to complex surgery; whilst also housing a leading Oncology ward that was refurbished in 2015.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Oncology to join as Clinical Services Manager overseeing the Oncology department.
We want our patients to continue to have a safe, effective and caring experience therefore the successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a Clinical Services Manager with BMI Healthcare you will plan clinical services for your department(s) and lead your teams to deliver compassionate patient care whilst ensuring high standards of clinical governance and risk management.
With a strong background working in an acute hospital setting you will already be a Senior Registered Nurse with previous experience in a relevant Clinical Lead role and will be able to show continual clinical and managerial development throughout your career.
The candidate will have a full understanding of the clinical standards for oncology services.

This is a full time post and there is a flexible shift pattern in place.
