This is an exciting opportunity to support the Workforce Development Academy team for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Integrated Care System (ICS). Within BLMK we recognise that our health and social care staff are critical to both the quality of our current services and for the delivery of future integrated models of care. Establishing a Workforce Development Academy underpins our ambition to improve the working lives and development opportunities for existing staff, attract future health and social care staff to work, learn and live in BLMK and create new integrated workforce transformation solutions.
The post holder will provide administrative and project support to the BLMK ICS Workforce Development Academy. This will include supporting a range of projects/workforce development initiatives within a varied portfolio through administrative/office management of the team and project management processes and procedures. You will have significant administrative/ secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems. A competent user of advanced MS Office suite, you will also have good organisation, problem solving and time management skills. This is currently a fixed-term post for one year. Secondments will be considered. Interviews with be held on 21st April 2020.
