The IM&T department have a vacancy for a Project Support Manager.
Main duties: To ensure that the IM&T Project Scoping Programme runs smoothly with all relevant processes documented and observed, whilst managing elements of a project scoping deliverable and promoting process improvement within the programme.
The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to communicate to all levels of staff within a Trust environment and provide delivery for the pipeline project process. This will include facilitating scoping meetings, taking and documenting minutes/ actions, arranging complex meetings for scoping potential (pipeline) projects, stakeholder management, the production of pipeline project documentation, the organisations of events, liaison with suppliers and colleagues in the organisations and the creation and maintenance of pipeline project files including version control. The delivery provided will be in line with key project management methodology PRINCE2 or other Project Management Techniques where required. The post holder should be experienced with using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word etc.
