We are seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing this passionate and stable team. As a Sous Chef you should have a solid understanding of gross profit and wage targets, menu planning, seasonal, local produce and ingredients and motivating your brigade.
The Sous role is a senior management position we will provide the necessary development and training for you to progress into a Head Chef role once your training is complete.
