We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to help manage the daily operation of this popular site.

Our cutting edge and environmentally friendly, open fronted kitchen is a hive of creativity where our passionate, talented chefs work their magic as they cook freshly prepared meals using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients. Our menus are adapted seasonally and feature a variety of British and European dishes including a little taste of Italy with our flavoursome flatbreads and authentic pizzas, cooked to perfection in our superior Jestic wood stone oven!
Head Chef – Overview:
We are looking for a talented Head Chef to manage the daily operation of this high volume site. The applicant must be able to work within specified gross profit and wage targets, and plan menus using seasonal, local produce consistently maintaining our 1AA Rosette standards.
As the Head Chef you will have the managerial capacity and experience to lead, motivate, train and develop your brigade of Chefs. You will work alongside the General Manager in identifying strategy, process and analysing results for the property, but you will be directly responsible to the Company Executive Chef.
