We aren't like other Home Care companies in the area... We are a community, a family, we are ambitious, we never settle, and we listen to our Care Assistants. We are always looking for ways to improve how we support our Care Assistants and deliver care to our customers.
We are seeking kind and caring individuals to join our team of Care Assistants either a full-time or part-time basis. We provide care in the comfort of our customers' homes as an alternative to residential care so you need to be comfortable working in the community, which includes the need of having a full driving licence and access to a car. We work with a variety of different people, from children and young adults, through to working with the elderly and specialist types of Care. There is 100 years age difference between our youngest and oldest customer!
Our Care Assistants do more than you think! From helping people keep up with their hobbies to keeping them and their environment clean and healthy. We help people stay connected to the world outside their front door. We work with both adults and children, as well as specialist types of Care (bespoke training provided from our two registered nurses for all Care Assistants interested in developing their skills further), which helps you shape a career you can be proud of.
No experience necessary as full training is provided. We also warmly welcome individuals with previous Care or Support Worker experience.
