About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Support Assistant to join our existing Central Operations Team in Runcorn. Reporting into the Central Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the group of retail pharmacies and wider field and central operations teams.
You will provide essential admin support and assist in the day to day smooth running and efficiency of the department and business as a whole.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparing and collating reports upon request Handle day to day telephone queries from all areas of the business Ensure confidentiality of company policies and statistic figures Follow Standard Operating Procedures for day to day tasks, making amendments where appropriate
Who We Want: You will be able to effectively communicate with Head Office colleagues at all levels including retail pharmacy colleagues and field based colleagues.
Experience of multi-tasking and good organisational skills Previous experience of working within an office based environment Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office including Word/Excel/Outlook Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
This is a part time position working Thursday and Friday each week from 9am – 5.15pm (45 minute unpaid break each day)
