We are looking for a competent and experienced administrator to manage the administration of undergraduate admissions and on-course student support to cover maternity leave. The post is available part-time (22 hours per week) from 13 July 2020 to 31 May 2021 in the first instance.
You will be part of a team managing all aspects of academic administration, and flexibility to support colleagues is inherent in this role. You will be expected to acquire a reasonable level of knowledge of these processes 'across the board'.
Good IT skills, excellent communication and organisational skills are essential; you will be both a team player yet be able to manage a busy and varied workload with minimum supervision.
You will have proven experience of working in a busy office environment and experience of dealing with confidential and important information.
Previous experience of working in Higher Education in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
