Business Process Manager

We are looking for a high performing Business Process Manager who has experience designing, implementing and managing a Business Process Management System that continually improves operational efficiency. You’ll review business processes and the delivery of our products and services to our customers and partners in a cross functional role across all departments.

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will report on KPI’s and relevant metrics. You’ll be a key influencer, promoting a culture of process improvement and possessing strong leadership qualities and commercial awareness.

You’ll display strong analytical skills and be experienced in using performance data to drive continuous improvement.

As we move into the ‘new normal‘, you will ideally have experience of evaluating and managing processes across both co-located and highly distributed teams.

  • Extensive commercial experience, with the majority gained in a technology environment
  • Proven ability to implement change, both individually and as part of a team
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and experience, proven ability to influence at all levels
  • Software or Insurance product development experience highly desirable with knowledge of Agile methodologies a distinct advantage
  • Specialist knowledge of Business Process Management methodologies and techniques required, professional qualification desirable
  • High degree of technology aptitude and knowledge required
