A leading law firm based in the heart of Harrogate is currently seeking a junior Employment Solicitor to join its successful team.
Joining a team of 4, you will work on a mixed employment caseload consisting of both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a range of clients within the health and social care sectors. The client base is varied and you can expect to be working with healthcare providers, commissioners, regulators and policy makers. You will be working on all aspects of employment law including disciplinary and grievances, discrimination, unfair dismissal, re-organisations and TUPE transfers.
This particular role would suit a Solicitor with c2-3 years PQE in Employment law ideally having been gained in a similar environment however this isn't essential the role, although it is important that you have an interest in working with clients within this sector. Experience of employment tribunal litigation is essential.
