You will be a key part of our Management Information Services team, dealing with the processing of enrolment documentation and data amendments. If you are looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your career in administration, then this could be the perfect role for you.
The role is critical and you will work as part of the Compliance, Funding and Enrolments team and contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality data and enrolment service to meet data collection requirements, working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided.
Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help us to achieve our mission. Your work will ultimately lead to increased number of college enrolments, highly accurate and timely data plus positive development of the College reputation.
Have you got what it takes?
You will have experience working in, or around further education, and have worked in a similar role, which has given you the skills and knowledge to perform well in this role. You will have an understanding of funding and data collection requirements and work to a high level of accuracy.
You will possess level 2 (GCSE) in both maths and English and in IT skills. You will ideally have a level 3 in business administration or equivalent.
