The Trustees of the Prospere Learning Trust would like to invite applications to the post of Admin Assistant based at Chorlton High School.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the school.
Whilst being part of the main Admin Team you will mainly be based in our Student Services Office dealing with students, parents and staff on a day to day basis.
The successful applicant will undertake a range of administration tasks including assisting with student first aid and welfare duties.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills and be an effective communicator at all levels
- A wide knowledge of information technology showing the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Accuracy and precision when maintaining financial records and dealing with cash
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities in school and your own position within these
