Shaw healthcare is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and supportive recruitment team based in our headoffice in St Mellons Cardiff. 

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

 

Main Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • To provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team
  • To promote Shaw Healthcare as an employer of choice through public perception of Recruitment services.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the sector and in particular for care and support environments. 
  • To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates.
  • Place adverts on the relevant systems for all services
  • Liaise with Home Managers and new staff to arrange start dates for their employment
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates at all times
  • To ensure that relevant information has been provided by the applicants via our online portal, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To travel to Shaw homes within the region to support recruitment activities like photocopying documentation, for screening Disclosure and Barring application and check and so on.
