About the role:

You will work closely with the global sourcing team to secure beauty products for our monthly subscription boxes, ensuring the brands and products included meet the needs of our customers and represent lookfantastic as being at the forefront of beauty.

Excellent client management skills are a necessity. You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with prestige beauty brands globally, understanding their business needs to build bespoke solutions geared to delivering against specific objectives.

Strong attention to detail is required to ensure risk is managed effectively throughout the process, working cross-functionally to ensure boxes are filled within budget, in line with critical paths, and to ensure contractual obligations are met through all marketing channels.

The right candidate will ultimately responsible for ensuring our beauty boxes are packed full of the best beauty products and ensuring we provide outstanding value for money for our subscribers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure all boxes are fulfilled to the required brief, in line with the objectives, customer needs, and monthly themes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prestige beauty brands.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple functions to deliver exceptional results for customers.
  • Support brands to grow with us by working collaboratively across multiple functions to build market leading joint business plans.
  • Understand beauty trends and incorporate understandings into business strategy.
  • Negotiate the strongest possible commercial terms to ensure sales and profit targets are met.
  • Management of the BDA and supporting on their personal and professional development.


  • Experience working in a brand facing role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrate a track record for successful management of brand relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
