We are currently looking to recruit a Delivery Manager to work on a 5 months fixed term contract. The contract will start on the 3rd August and run through to the end of our busiest time of year (Christmas) 31st December 2020.
About the role:
As an agile member of team and working out of a number of sub depots, the Delivery Manager will work alongside the Field Team and support them with the recruitment of new Couriers in to the business. This will include sourcing candidates, telephone screening, conducting face to face interviews and for their onboarding.
You will also be responsible for coaching/training Couriers on how to use the Hermes hand held terminal, ensure they are being compliant and that they provide an excellent customer service.
There is a possibility that this could lead to a permanent position, although this is something we are unable to guarantee at this moment in time.
