What you will be doing
You will join a team that works well together to provide care to children and young adults with adiagnosis ofan eating disorder or emerging personality disorder supporting them toleadsvalued and fulfilled life.
It can be quitea challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding tosee peopleimprove; being able to do something today that they couldn’t dolast weekbecause of you.
Our hospital operates 24/7. You will work shifts including days,nights,weekends and bank holidays. Standard shifts are 12 hours, working 3shifts one week and 4 shifts the next.

Join the vibrant team at RhodesWood Hospital, a specialist CAMHS Eating Disorder service with 3 wards, which empowers recovery in a fast-paced, challenging and fun environment for children and young people aged 8-18 years with eating disorders.
With a new Hospital Director appointed, Rhodes Woodis working through a programme to continually innovate, improve and deliver excellent care to our young people and a rewarding experience for employees.
You will support a warm and nurturing environment, allowing for the understanding of symptoms, patterns and origins of psychological distress, and will actively encourage children to personalise bedroom spaces to make these feel like a home from home.
