Pharmacy Retail Manager

Location: Eglinton, Londonderry

Hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: Negotiable

As a Retail Manager at LloydsPharmacy, you’ll do so much more than simply manage. You’ll lead, coach and develop your pharmacy colleagues. Our Retail Managers provide patients with the best possible service and inspire team members to do the same. Ensure smooth running of operations, make vital decisions and improve the everyday of people’s lives.

About the opportunity

Your job as a Retail Manager will be to drive the performance of the pharmacy team – ensuring they deliver a highly efficient dispensing service and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety and customer care. You’ll also build brilliant relationships with other healthcare professionals and become a trusted health partner to your local community along the way.
