Buying a new car is exciting, but it can have its complications. We are here to make life easier for our customers by keeping things simple. Every customer we work with is looking for us to provide support in their new purchase, whether it is sourcing just the finance or in most cases both the car and the finance. Our aim is to do this as quickly and hassle free as possible for them.

As a Car Finance Sales Executive, you'll be focused on tailoring the best possible solution to get your clients into their new vehicle, guiding each customer through their car purchasing journey, from the initial contact to helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

Our aim is to find the customer the best possible agreement and build relationships that ensure they come back to you in the future.

You will do this by working closely with external partners and our dedicated support teams to ensure the best possible service is provided.

About You

We are looking for a focused and charismatic individual with the ability to engage with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels.

You must have previous experience in Car Finance, the Motor Trade, or a Recent telesales role. What is important is that you are customer and success focused, willing to work hard to achieve both yours and the business’ goals and have the tenacity and drive to hit the targets set.

Desired Skills / Characteristics

  • Excellent computer skills are required however training will be provided for all software applications used.
  • A strong car-sales background or a sales background in other transferable sectors is desirable
  • You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • A proven track record, building rapport with customers and identify their requirements
  • Dedicated to delivering the best customer satisfaction outcome every time.
  • Be able to represent the brand in accordance with our culture and values.
  • To actively maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
  • Act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction and adhere to FCA Regulations and guidelines to ensure the best possible customer outcome.

What will you do?

As a Car Finance Sales Executive you'll be focused on tailoring the best possible solution to get your clients into their new vehicle, guiding each customer through their car purchasing journey, from the initial contact to helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

Our aim is to find the customer the best possible solution and build relationships that ensure they come back to us for all their future needs.

You will do this by working closely with external partners and our dedicated support teams to ensure the best possible service is provided.

  • Selling finance packages over the phone to pre-qualified clients (Hire Purchase/ Contract Hire / Personal Contract Purchase/ Lease Purchase/Finance lease)
  • Managing a high level of workflow and leads
  • Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system
  • Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements
  • Sourcing of required client vehicles
  • Management of financial targets and reporting
  • Ensuring that Minimum Outbound call/contact activity is 100+ outbound calls/contacts per day

·Basic Salary £15,500 -£18,500

Working Hours

This opportunity is available for full-time position working 9-6pm (45 hours per week) 5 days a week.

The candidate with be required to work 2 Saturdays per month with one day off in the week.

The companies opening times are Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 6pm
