Role And Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Office Manager.
Working in a small , busy customer services team working with customers of UPVC window companies .
Performing administrative and processing activities in support of the sales ,warehouse and manufacturing functions of the business and related work as required.
With duties such as processing customer requirements , customer interaction over the phone.
Data entry onto the company system.
UPVC Windows and Doors processing experience an advantage
Literate and numerate
Articulate with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office / Excel
General Administration/Office/Customer Service based experience and advantage
Customer Interaction skills
Attention to detail
Organised and conscientious
2 days per week , but will need to be flexible as it will also entail holiday cover
