HCA Healthcare UK Paediatric Intensive Care services provide acute, complex care to all patients and are internationally renowned for clinical excellence. We are currently recruiting for a PICU Staff (Permanent & Bank) based @ The Portland Hospital
Our Paediatric Intensive Care services is based in one of our most prestigious and respected private hospital in London; The Portland Hospital for Women & Children. The hospital cares for level 2 and level 3 ventilated patients in Cardiac, Neuro-rehab and Oncology; and we also provide pioneering treatment that is not available elsewhere in the UK.
The Portland Hospital for Women & Children is the UK's largest private children's hospital with Inpatients, Outpatients, urgent care, Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care; which is equipped with the latest technology to provide advanced respiratory and organ support.
As a member of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit Team, you will be responsible and accountable for the assessment of required care for your patients; developing, implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children. You will need to develop longstanding relationships with children and their families and promote family centred care. Working with team members across all multidiscipline. you will need to be able to communicate effectively.
We currently have the following Paediatric Intensive Care Unit Nursing opportunities available at HCA Healthcare UK as a permanent member of staff but can also join us as Bank:
Salaries are dependent on experience plus you will receive an additional £3,000 if you hold a 60 credits PICU qualification. You will also benefit from a wide range of HCA benefits.
These are full time & roles working 37.5hrs per week but Flexibility will be offered if required – flexible shifts on internal rotation, including long days, nights and weekends.
