Reporting to the Projects Development Manager to deliver an efficient and effective surveying services:-. • Managing property assets to maintain health and safety and compliance standards. • Building meaningful and professional relationships with our Landlords as key stakeholders to our business. • Providing surveying input into future development projects to identify and secure required land holdings. • Develop strategies and manage negotiations with Landlords to achieve lease amendments and required supplementary lettings. • Provide surveying advice on all aspects of the Company’s business to internal and external stakeholders.Let’s talk about what skills or experience you’ll need to be able to do the job.
In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have: • Qualified surveyor with extensive proven Surveying experience • MRICS and FAAV qualified • Waste and/or renewable energy sector experience. • Demonstrable record of influencing internal and external stakeholders. • Be resilient, confident, enthusiastic and influential in driving forward opportunity. • Show an acute commercial mind and mature project management skills. • Responsible for producing a land strategy in line with the company strategy. • Oversee the ongoing monitoring and auditing of sites to ensure compliance with Lease Obligations and relevant legislation. • Creation and maintenance of appropriate concise and accurate Estate Terrier.Severn Trent benefits include:
