WHAT TO EXPECT
As a coordinator you will work with our busy Oxfordshire based team providing data management, reporting and resource planning support to our Agricultural Liaison Team who are working with the Main Works Contractor, supporting one of Dalcour Maclaren major clients.
Working closely with the client and alongside our Agricultural Liaison Teams in accessing land for surveys and construction. You’ll obtain, cleanse and analyse data from a range of sources. Data will be presented to our clients in a variety of formats, working on both our internal databases and the clients. You will plan and coordinate resource for site visits and compile a variety of reports including billing. There may also be the opportunity to visit the client sites and offices.
You’ll receive full training in our clients’ specific areas of expertise.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll have great IT skills and be confident working with Word and Excel, including Vlookups, mail merging, and data inputting. Experience of basic mapping software would be beneficial but not essential, however you’ll have an understanding of maps and the IT skills to be able to work with this software (training will be provided).
You’ll be organised, results driven, a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative, organising workloads to meet tight project deadlines. You’ll also have great verbal and written communication skills.
