The role will involve working alongside the Commercial Director and will be responsible for identifying and developing B2B and B2C strategies to grow our clints commercial side of the business. You will also be working closely with the business development, marketing and operations to provide the commercial solutions to new and existing clients.
Role responsibilities Leading on the development of a sales pipeline, for the uptake of commercial training solutions and short courses for both B2B and B2C customers Identify customer requirements and help develop solutions balancing needs with business goals Lead on the implementation of value selling techniques directly with customers to develop new products and create selling packages. Establishing sales in new markets Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across the business
The person & qualifications Strong knowledge and a demonstrable experience in commercial sales and marketing, Passionate about people and have great verbal and written communication skills Driven and able to get the job done as efficiently as possible Excellent presentation and networking skills and an interest in attending various events to build profile
