What makes a good Relief Support Worker?
Previous experience in a Support Worker type role is not essential as you will be given all the training and support necessary. What is important is that you are an empathetic, resilient and robust individual with a genuine passion for supporting others. Having the ability to think on your feet is an important skill for this role as it means that you will be able to adapt to the needs of the people you are supporting. Given the location of this service candidates must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this post.
