We are looking for a senior to join the team, the home is a 2 bed home providing care for young people between the ages of 10-17. The shifts are 8am - 11pm plus sleep, with shift pattern of 1 on, 2 off.
Providing a positive and enriching living experience that achieves the best outcomes for the YP Supporting the young people's emotional needs Providing formal supervision and managing staff performances Design, implement and monitor the care and education plans Ensuring the smooth-running of the home within Ofsted requirements and guidelines Undertaking wider operational tasks when required
Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent Prior experience managing and leading staff teams Experience working within a childcare setting or with young people Full Driving Licence
