Fantastic Opportunity for an Experienced CCTV Controller:

4 on 4 of Days & Nights - £14.59 Per Hour

Working in a team of 2 reporting to the Security Control Team Leader

Key Purpose:

Process all aspects of systems and computers located at the SCC and provide timely advice of incidents to management at directed locations across Europe. To ensure that data is not compromised and that images are stored as instructed and that the integrity of such images could not be questioned if required for a Court of Law.

Key Responsibilites:

  • To supervise, motivate and effectively deploy any personnel under their control in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • To review and add to the Security Procedures of the Client and ensure that co-workers are fully appraised all procedures and disciplines at the SCC.
  • Control and Co-ordinate the specialised evacuation procedures for Fire/Bomb or Disaster Recovery Mobilisation.
  • To liaise effectively with members of the Corporate Security Management Team, Corporate Services and other Business Units.
  • Required to manage all aspects of data input collected from the Client’s sites.
  • To ensure effective handover during the shift changeover.
  • To escalate incidents as required in the procedures or directory and monitor all aspects of the incident until directed otherwise.
  • To liaise with, when necessary, external authorities such as the Police and Fire Brigade.
  • To ensure that any technology enhancement has met operational tests and that users are fully compliant.
  • To maintain at all time the Company’s confidentiality and code of conduct
  • The immediate reporting of grievances and other serious concerns to the Line Manager
  • Accurate recording of all events in to the Daily Occurrence
  • Responding to all telephone calls and emails, timely and in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring of the Door Alarm system and escalating as required.
